Vendor Information – Black Excellence Market

Booth Details
• Booth Sizes: Up to 10x10 feet or 15x15 feet (varies by vendor)
• Tables & Chairs: Vendors must bring their own. Rentals are available:
• Tables: $15 each
• Chairs: $5 each
• Electricity & Wi-Fi: Provided; no need to bring your own.
• Tents/Canopies: Not needed; event is indoors.
• Signage & Displays: Allowed and encouraged.
Event Schedule & Setup
• Block 1 (12:00 – 3:30 PM) → Setup starts at 11:00 AM
• Block 2 (4:30 – 8:00 PM) → Setup starts at 4:00 PM
• Breakdown: Vendors must clean up their space before leaving. Early breakdowns may affect future participation.
• Parking: Free and spacious.
Check-in Process
• Upon arrival, enter the building and check in at the front door to receive your vendor badge.
Vendor Rules & Guidelines
• Helpers: Up to 4 helpers per vendor allowed.
• Noise Level: Music is allowed but cannot be excessively loud.
• Prohibited Behavior:
• Vendors cannot be intoxicated at the event.
• No weapons, dangerous items, or disruptive behavior.
• Product Restrictions:
• Open flames (candles, etc.) are allowed but must be small.
• Alcohol vendors must have a pour license from the City of Stonecrest, GA.
• Food and beverages require appropriate health permits.
• Clean-Up: Vendors are responsible for disposing of their own trash.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
• Vendor Fee: $125
• Refund Deadline: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event to receive a refund.
• Payment Method: Vendors must pay through the event link page.
Marketing & Promotions

• Vendor Highlights: Vendors can offer discounts or giveaways, which will be promoted in advance.
